She is best known for her roles as Jen Scotts in Power Rangers Time Force Ted Mosby's sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother as well as Kendra Burke in Saving Grace. In the ABC program Red Widow, she played Felicity on a regular basis. It is noted that she was the first female lead character in the Call of Duty series as Chloe Karma Lynch for Call of DutyBlack Ops II, and Rebecca Chambers for Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma had been in a romantic romance with her. She married Paul Freeman by 2016. Lauren Cahill, her only sister. Cahill was born in Stafford Virginia. After four years of school, she started to act in shows put on by high schools run by her parents. A few years later Cahill began singing and dancing courses. She was Miss Pre-Teen Virginia and first runner-up at Miss Junior America. Her acting continued into her high school days during her time at Brooke Point High School. There, she served as president of various groups, including The Honor Thespians. Cahill scored the top marks out of her fellow students in the drama audition in the Governors School for the Arts in her sophomore year. Cahill was awarded the overall actress award at the age of 16 during Actors Models Talent for Christ. In addition, she was awarded individual and corporate awards for selection in the Barton and Williams Dance Company. Marymount Manhattan College offered her the full amount of a scholarship, which was for academics and performing art after her graduation from high school in 1998. In the year she turned 19 years old, she left the college in order to pursue an acting career.
